₹100 Crore Redevelopment Project Planned in Bandra West
Mumbai: Mumbai’s redevelopment landscape is seeing another major addition, with Notandas Realty taking up the redevelopment of Mon Bijou, a residential property in Bandra West.
The developer has signed an agreement for the project and plans to invest approximately ₹100 crore in its development.

Spread across a 788 square metre plot, the project will have a construction area of around 4,914 square metres. Located off Carter Road, the development is planned to include a residential tower with luxury homes and lifestyle amenities.

Notandas Realty Managing Director Harsh Jagwani said established residential neighbourhoods such as Bandra are attracting renewed attention as Mumbai’s redevelopment activity gathers pace.

The project marks another move by the developer into Mumbai’s established western suburbs. Notandas Realty had earlier announced Notan Tides, a luxury redevelopment project in Juhu, backed by an estimated development investment of ₹300 crore.

With redevelopment gaining momentum across Mumbai’s established residential pockets, the Bandra West project adds to the growing pipeline of premium housing developments in the city.

Editorial Insight | Signature Media News

Bandra’s appeal is no longer limited to its location or established residential character. Its ageing properties and limited availability of land are creating a strong redevelopment opportunity, particularly for premium housing. The ₹100 crore Mon Bijou project is another indication that developers continue to see established neighbourhoods as key destinations for high-value redevelopment. The larger trend will be worth watching as Mumbai’s older residential properties increasingly make way for modern, amenity-led homes.
