Mumbai Redevelopment Pipeline Gets ₹5,000-Crore Boost
Mumbai: Arkade Developers has added four new redevelopment projects to its Mumbai portfolio, with a combined revenue potential of around ₹5,000 crore, according to the company.
The projects are spread across Malad and Kandivali, covering a total of 11.17 acres. Together, they are expected to generate around 15 lakh sq ft of saleable carpet area.

Projects Across Mumbai's Western Suburbs

The new projects strengthen Arkade Developers' redevelopment pipeline in Mumbai's western suburbs, where redevelopment is becoming an important source of new housing.
The projects are expected to add a significant amount of new residential space while also creating value from existing properties.

₹5,000 Crore Revenue Potential

The four projects together have an estimated revenue potential of around ₹5,000 crore. The company expects the developments to add approximately 15 lakh sq ft of saleable carpet area.

The expansion comes as developers increasingly look at redevelopment opportunities in established parts of Mumbai, where availability of large vacant land parcels is limited.

Growing Redevelopment Activity

Mumbai's redevelopment market continues to attract developers as ageing buildings and existing residential societies create opportunities for new projects.

Arkade Developers' latest additions further expand its presence in this segment and add to the city's growing redevelopment pipeline.
